When you use LinkedIn AI Outreach, we collect:

  • Account data: Name, email address, profile image (from your authentication provider).
  • LinkedIn data: Your LinkedIn account ID (via Unipile). We do not store your LinkedIn password.
  • Prospect data: Public LinkedIn profile information (name, headline, company, location) of people discovered through LinkedIn search.
  • Message data: AI-generated outreach messages and any replies received.
  • Usage data: Daily action counts, AI token usage, and agent configurations.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To operate the outreach automation service you configure.
  • To generate personalized messages using AI (OpenAI GPT-4o).
  • To track usage limits and billing.
  • To send you notifications about prospect replies and agent activity.

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following services, strictly for functionality:

  • Clerk — Authentication and user management.
  • Convex — Database and backend infrastructure (EU-West region).
  • Unipile — LinkedIn API integration for search, connections, and messaging.
  • OpenAI — AI message generation. Prospect profile data is sent to generate personalized messages.
  • Polar — Payment processing for subscriptions.
  • Vercel — Application hosting.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Prospect data and message history are kept until you delete them or request account deletion.

AI usage logs are retained for billing purposes for 12 months after generation.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR and applicable privacy laws, you have the right to:

  • Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — Update or correct your personal data.
  • Deletion — Request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection — Object to processing of your data.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), authenticated API access, webhook signature verification, and per-user data isolation. All database operations enforce ownership checks to prevent cross-user data access.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only, required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
