To use the Service, the User represents and warrants that they:

  • Are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to act;
  • Hold a valid and active LinkedIn account in compliance with LinkedIn’s terms of service;

To access the Service, the User must register by creating an account through the authentication system provided by Clerk. The User agrees to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep it up to date;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials and not share them with third parties;

6. Bot Automation Disclosure

The User acknowledges and accepts that the Service operates through automated actions (bot)performed on the User’s LinkedIn account. Below is a detailed description of all automated actions performed by the Platform:

6.1 Prospect Search

The Agent performs automated searches on LinkedIn using the filters configured by the User (industry, role, location, keywords, company). The resulting profiles are saved as Prospects in the User’s database.

6.2 Warm-up (Profile Views)

Before sending a connection request, the Agent automatically visits the Prospect’s LinkedIn profile. This action generates a profile view notification for the Prospect. The default warm-up period is 2 days.

6.3 Connection Requests

The Agent sends LinkedIn connection requests to Prospects. Requests are sent without AI-generated personalized notes; automated personalization is applied to post-connection messages and follow-ups based on the Prospect’s profile, the Agent’s configuration, and any context documents uploaded by the User.

6.4 Post-Connection Messages

After the connection request is accepted, the Agent automatically sends an AI-generated personalized message to the connected Prospect.

6.5 Follow-up Messages

If the Prospect does not reply, the Agent may send up to 3 automated follow-up messages at User-configurable intervals. The follow-up content is AI-generated with progressively different tone and approach.

6.6 Rate Limits and Pacing

To reduce the risk of detection and LinkedIn account suspension, the Service applies the following limits (configurable by the User within allowed maximums):

  • Maximum of 25 connection requests per day;
  • Interval of 3-5 minutes between actions;
  • Configurable sending windows (days of the week and hours);
  • Respect for the User’s timezone.

The User is solely responsible for all actions performed by the bot on their LinkedIn account. NuMa Menu S.r.l. shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the use of automated features, including but not limited to: suspension or closure of the LinkedIn account, loss of connections, reputational damage.

The User is required to verify that the use of automated features complies with LinkedIn’s Terms of Serviceand all applicable laws. The User acknowledges that automation may violate LinkedIn’s terms and accepts the risk associated therewith.

7. User Responsibilities

The User agrees to use the Service in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and LinkedIn’s terms of service. In particular, the User undertakes to:

  • Comply with LinkedIn’s Terms of Service, including policies related to automation, scraping, and platform usage limits;
  • Not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or communications that could be considered harassment, threats, or offensive content;
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to: unlawful collection of personal data, infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, fraud, phishing, or any activity contrary to public order;
  • Assume full responsibility for all content sent through the Service, including AI-Generated Content, which the User is required to review before sending when the review feature is enabled;
  • Not attempt to circumvent rate limits, security mechanisms, or restrictions of the Service;
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
  • Not resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service or access thereto to third parties without the written authorization of the Owner.

Violation of any of the above obligations constitutes grounds for immediate suspension or termination of the account, without prejudice to the Owner’s right to seek compensation for damages.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models (OpenAI GPT-5.4 mini) to generate textual content, including first messages, follow-ups, and other automated outreach copy. The User acknowledges and accepts the following:

  • AI-Generated Content is produced automatically based on the Prospect’s profile, the Agent’s configuration, and context documents provided by the User;
  • The AI may generate inaccurate, inappropriate, or misleading content. NuMa Menu S.r.l. does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance, completeness, or appropriateness of generated content;
  • The User is required to review and approve generated content before sending, if the review feature is enabled;
  • The User is considered the legal owner and author of all messages sent from their LinkedIn account, regardless of whether they were AI-generated;
  • NuMa Menu S.r.l. assumes no liability for AI-Generated Content, including any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the sending or content thereof;
